THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (AUGUST 22-28) I had the opportunity to attend several club activities during the past week including workouts and our Thursday night gathering at the Spring Valley Y. Personally these activities are helping me and hopefully they are helping you as well. It will not be an easy road, especially during Brian's services this week, but I think if the support I've seen from our community and that we've provided to each other over the past seven days continues, and it will, we'll be able to recover.
