THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (MARCH 13-19)... LET'S GO OUTSIDE 🙂... and WINTER
GFC WEEK 10 ROLL CALL!

Looking back and looking forward... There are two topics to cover before we
get into the roll call and the weekly schedule...

• March Madness... Outdoor cycling this week!: The stars seem to be
aligning with a combination of decent weather (partly sunny, "feels like"
temps in the low 50s/high 40s) and later sunset (7:11pm) for us to conduct
our first outdoor coached cycling workout since last October this Thursday
3/16 at 6pm-7pm.  It will be a simple out and back, all paces welcome ride
where we'll go 30 minutes that way, turn around, and ride 30 minutes back,
which will hopefully end us right about where we started.

• Gatorthon... Gators (Almost) Done!  What an amazing day that began at 8am
with Diane Lynch Weiss, Andrew Slysh, and Katie Koch starting their
treadmills, was highlighted by Keith Ho finishing one of 6 completed
marathons and our youth Gators completing the first ever Gatorthon all kids
marathon, included Cindy Kelecic and Kerri Brannen completing marathons in
the middle, and ended with David Stone and Kristie Bruno bringing us home
with the final two 26.2 mile finishes!  Please check out the photo/video
album. We also have done an outstanding job with our fundraiser as we have
exceeded $1,000 in donations!  As our stretch goal is $1,572 we're
continuing to collect donations for another week, so if you have not yet
contributed and would like to do so, that's great and thank you all of you
that have shared the fundraiser info with your families, friends, and
co-workers (and please check to see if your employer will do matching
donations; many companies do offer this).  In case you need it, here's the

including 14 opportunities to help you get fit; this includes 5 swims, 3
cycling opportunities, and, including our Tuesday run workout, the 3
RUNegades group runs, and 2 Keystone Running Store group runs, 6 running
opportunities!
