Quins, Hello. I know that we have several attorneys in our Quin family, so I'm reaching out to see if any of you handle real estate law or have recommendations for someone that does. Short summary of the situation - bought new house, sellers misrepresented state of sprinkler system (said it was working - it is not) and basement water issues (said fixed - definitely is not), I'm having to fix, and want to pursue them for reimbursement and possibly more.
