Just the US Coast Guard Document is all that is required.  I always take a
copy of the document,  as well as copy of the passports, plus the crew list
and clearance from the last port you were in.  The origional document should
be presented, the origional passports need to be presented, as well as any
visas required, and several copies of the crew list in the language of the
country you are entering, as well as clearance from the previous port.

I have also been asked for insurance proof.  Some countries want seriel
numbers of engines, motors, inflatables, vehicles, and even radios and
electroncis--this latter is un common.  Occasionally there will be request of
stores lists too, including liquor.  Some countries will allow bond, others
will not.

We traveled with pets, and had an international pet passport--basically a
health and vaccination record, as well as the US DA clearance papers.
