Lowering Idle Speed - It Was Easy

At the engine end of the Morse cable is a simple travel limiter.
Loosen the locking nut, back the screw out a few turns, and re-tighten
the locking nut. That cut the idle RPM's back by 100. I won't know the
impact on speed through the water until I next take the boat out, but
I expect it will be quite noticeable.
