Two client’s reports on how using hypnosis has helped them:* *“It was in 1991, I think spring time? In Ottawa, On. It was $50.00 back then and I attended with my husband. At the time it was my husband that wanted to attend and I went not believing any of this would help. As a matter of fact, I didn't even want to quit smoking. We were all instructed to throw away our packs of smokes in a bin at the door before entering. I did this but my thought at the time was I will buy another pack tomorrow morning on my way to work. Well, there were 100 s of people attending. The room was full and Mr. Romane started his session. I was fully aware of what was happening all the time and I left there not feeling any different. But what happened after was amazing. For two weeks I completely forgot I smoked. On the third week I did have a moment of wanting to smoke, but I didn't and now I am in year 2016 still not smoking. Thank you Romane.”* – Debra Bouffard, Ottawa On. *“A few months ago, you made me a private recording to prepare me for my upcoming (Sept. 7) kidney transplant, but I had to go to emergency a few weeks ago, as my lungs were filling with water from my dying kidneys. While I was there, the doctors performed 3 surgical procedures on me. The first was planting a catheter in my neck so I could start dialysis. I had a local "freezing" and was conscious for all of it. Because of your recording, I was totally relaxed and even joking with the doctor and assistants during the procedure. Normally I would have pleaded for something to knock me out. I have a low pain threshold and vivid imagination. I would have been scared just before it happened, but I was totally relaxed. The next procedure was putting a camera down my throat and shocking my heart to slow it down (my pulse was 135). This time I was given a stronger sedative, but leading up to the incident I was totally relaxed, and again joking with the staff. In fact, just before the words "clear", my wife heard everyone laughing from the other side of the curtain. The third procedure was a heart ablation, because the shock to my heart only slowed it down for 24 hours. I was conscious for most of this one. The doctor inserted something thru my groin and up to my heart. He then proceeded to "burn" certain parts to prevent the electrical wildness from taking hold. I spoke with the doctor the next day and he said it was refreshing to have someone on the table who was so relaxed and funny. It was only after I got home that I realized it was hypnosis that caused me to be so calm through everything. Thank you, Vance.
