Likely we have all seen the news from the City of Toronto. Here in Alberta the Town of Banff has made a similar announcement. As such, this discussion has become more active. Are there any policies or legal decisions that anyone is willing to share on this topic?
Much thanks in advance.
Brian

Hi Brian,
It is certainly a bold move for Banff and for Toronto. I think there will likely be case law developing soon. We are still sticking with not even asking our employees for their vaccination status, but that could change. Here is a link to a webinar that Reynolds Mirth is putting on for the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association:
Back-to-Workplace Planning: Webinar with RMRF | AUMA.cahttps://www.auma.ca/news/back-workplace-planning-webinar-rmrf
This will be an interesting topic for discussion in future!
