BEST WISHES FOR A SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL EVENT... ... to our traveling trio
and anyone else with an event this weekend! For the first time in memory as
we kick off autumn, we have an event calendar that features at least 3
athletes and all are racing outside of Pennsylvania! And each has an
awesome adventure ahead! It begins with a brand new Half IRONMAN featuring
3,800 athletes on Saturday. Then we go across the Atlantic for a European
marathon, which also happens to be one of the six World Major Marathons,
and we wrap things up with a first time IRONMAN participant on Sunday! And
the best news for us... All three events are trackable! So get your
trackers ready and let's send Good Gator Vibes to the Atlantic coast,
across the Atlantic, and down to Tennessee! Weekend Workouts: This weekend
we have three workout options including a swim and two sponsor-led group
runs. • Saturday 9/23, 8:30am, Keystone Running Store, 200 E. High St,

Phoenixville): RUNegades group run • Sunday 9/24, 11:15am-12:15pm, Spring
Valley YMCA indoor lap pool: Uncoached group swim workout Weekend Events:
Here is our weekend race roster. As always, if your name is missing from
our best wishes list, PLEEEASE post a comment so that we can send Good
Gator Vibes your way! Saturday, September 23: • IRONMAN 70.3 New York
(Jones Beach, NY): This is a new IRONMAN event taking place near the beach
in Long Island. And we'll be represented by Carla DelFico, who is ready to
take on what could be some challenging weather conditions! If you don't
have the IRONMAN tracker app (which can be used for all IRONMAN events),
here's more info about it...

September 24: • Berlin Marathon (Berlin, Germany): In her quest to conquer
all six of the World Marathon Majors (also includes New York, Boston,
Chicago, Tokyo, and London), Susan Flavin has traveled to Germany to Gator
Done! Her event will begin around 3:15amEDT, so you can use the tracker
alerts as your Sunday morning alarm clock! 🙂 Speaking of the tracker,
here's some info on it...

IRONMAN Chattanooga (Chattanooga, TN): Featuring a fast downstream swim and
a 116 mile (instead of the usual 112 miles) bike course, this is officially
the longest IRONMAN course. We've had several Gators complete it in the
past and representing us this year is Henry Graebe who will be taking on
his first full IRONMAN challenge after completing his first Half IRONMAN at
Happy Valley in July. Go Henry! Have fun, Gator Done, then drink a beer!
