Heavy cloud cover, cool temps and strong west wind throughout.
Raptor Observations:
Another Rough-legged Hawk!
Non-raptor Observations:
Waterfowl numbers continue to build out over the lake, diving ducks
especially. Lesser Scaup, Ruddy Duck and Bufflehead can be seen in good
numbers right now by the Wave Pool. Two Common Loons flew by in the
afternoon.
