Hi all,
I just got flagged by ebird when putting in a Grasshopper Sparrow datum
so... perhaps it's noteworthy?
Based on glancing at some ebird checklists and this being my first-ever
visit to this site, I was prepared to detect perhaps 4-6. I had many
more--15. And they were all visuals. Tons of Savannahs too. I was there
for 3 hours, it's quite the site!
I had at least one, and I believe 2, Uppies.
Unfortunately, they are still mowing.
good birding,
Tom
Thank you Tom! We are actively working on trying to get the mowing to stop ASAP. It does not appear to be an easy task, but I have some fairly persuasive folks talking to them.
