Hey y'all - I mentioned this to some folks out on the ride today and they suggested I send it out to the whole list. Our landlord wants to move back to town and he is asking us to find another place to live even though our lease isn't up yet. If you know of anyone who has a house for rent in Salida, please let me know. It's me, my partner Nick and our mellow 9 year old lab, Sam. Nick and I both work from home so ideally it would have 3 bedrooms and/or some space we could make work as offices. We'd like to keep our rent somewhere in the 900-1000$ neighborhood if possible. We have good references and great credit and are looking for a long-term rental that we can take really good care of and make into a home.
