If there are any smokers out there, email me if you think I am right on

Smokers identify themselves as smokers. The picture they hold in their
head is being a smoker. They may say “I am a confirmed smoker.” *Cigarettes
are a “friend” *in times of boredom, loneliness, a bond with others who
smoke and something to do with the hands. Cigarettes are always there in
times of stress or rough times for calming relaxation. Unfortunately, the
pleasure chemical release in the brain is an illusion, only temporary, and
another smoke is needed soon. Smokers often think of that moment of

Smokers know smoking is unhealthy. The average smoker is aware that he/she
spends about $5000 per year of after-tax dollars.

has tried various methods to stop smoking, 7 to 30 times without success.

rationalizations that make no sense to the non-smoker: “Well, you could

Fortunately, the genius computer inside our body starts a healing process
the day someone quits. People report breathing easier and often become more
involved in physical activities.
