Niagra Falls Tours, easy access from Erie Canal.

Valentine's Crew, took Gray
Line tours of Niagra Falls from along side a free dock in  North Tonawanda
with minimal inconvenience. This does require a two mile level bike ride or
walk.

  1. Tie up at the free dock at the West Canal Park  & Marina, a county
park with 300 ft free dock and free hot showers, no electric nor water. 3 ft
at east end, 5 ft at west end near launch ramps. sm 337,  N 43deg 03.1 min  W
078deg 49.29min. You will note a bridge over the canal to your west, this is
    Niagra Falls Blvd.
  2. Ride west on Tonawanda Creek Road, North ( The street
    that goes past the park).
  3. Turn right on Connecting Road, it will take you
    to Niagra Falls Blvd.
  4. Turn right on Niagra Falls Blvd, and cross over to
the other side when you can.
  5. Ride about two miles to the STAR FIRE motel.
This is a pick up point for the gray line tours and you can purchases your
    tickets there.
We took the Canada tour one day and the American tour the
next. Passports are required for the Canada tour.
    We have no bussiness
relationship with gray line, and are posting this only for the convienience of
other canal cruisers.  Jon & Nancy on Valentine, presently at Albion N.Y. sm
