Three recent UTeach-Liberal Arts graduates, Lameese Ahmad (Arabic), Katy Cooper (Spanish), Ben Fisher (German) and Niki García Holmes (French) wrote lesson plans that include LOTE and social studies standards. All four are featured on The University of Texas’ Hemispheres Website. Last fall these students presented the 5E’s lesson plans at TFLA. In January, they submitted a proposal to present the plans at ACTFL 2017. If accepted, Hemispheres will pay their expenses to attend the conference!
