Hello I am using a USRP of series x300 and I want to communicate using the PCIE card instead of ethernet. I need a help how to integrate it with my c code. Any API wiki or sample code will be helpful. BR Snehasish

Hello Snehasish, if you haven't already, you'd have to install the NI USRP RIO driver stack to use the PCI connection. You can check the procedures at [1][2].
