BEST WISHES FOR A SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL EVENT...

... to all Gators starting and finishing this weekend!

The focus for this weekend is club sponsor CGI Racing's "New Jersey State
Triathlon" with 7 Gators participating, including one racing on Saturday
AND Sunday!

Before we get to that... In case you missed it, we had OUTSTANDING results
last weekend in several events highlighted by...

• Ginny Angus earning a PODIUM spot at her first race as a Gator!

• Angela Epelbaum completing her FIRST HALF IRONMAN event!

• Our Lady Gators (and awesome support/volunteer team) defending our DelMo
Cup!  Our racing athletes included Brittany Acosta (who also achieved a
PODIUM spot), Jill Basile (another PODIUM spot), Karen Dieciedue, Lindsay
Inger, Beth Kramer, Gina Stango, and Beth Wysoczanski.  Our volunteers
included Keith Ho, Lindsay Inger (on Saturday and Matt on Sunday), Paul
Kratzinger, Don Mack (and Lisa), Jeffrey Stango, and Vince Bellino!

If you have an event this weekend and you are not on our start list below,
please post a comment so that we can add you and send good Gator vibes your
way as well!

And we also still have a workout option available to you...

• Sunday, 11:15am-12:15pm, Spring Valley YMCA Indoor Lap Pool: Uncoached
group swim

Here are the NJ State Tri details...

• Saturday 7/17: Deb Rocco completed the first of two consecutive
triathlons!  She successfully completed the race and was glad to be out
early before it got really hot!  She's currently resting, rehydrating, and
refueling for tomorrow!

• Sunday 7/18: All seven Gators are set for the Olympic distance triathlon
including Andrea Caniglia (1st OLYMPIC distance tri!), Kristen Lourie (1st
Olympic distance tri!), Jeff Moyer, Ralph Owens, Deb Rocco (1st Olympic
distance tri!), David Stone, and Jens Sydor (1st event as a Gator!)!

Go Gators and have a great weekend! 💚🐊💙

Editor's Note: Apologies for a bit of a lack of information (and for
getting the "best wishes" post out late) this week!  I had my first day in
the office and first business trip since the start of COVID so I was a bit
discombobulated!
