Hartford, Riverside Park -- 3 WHITE-WINGED SCOTERS continue. The Red-necked Grebe was 50 feet from shore offering great views. This location is about a 5 minute drive past Czecik Marina where it was originally located and reported. This entire area is a nice place to view waterfowl close-up.
