The female Harlequin Duck was at the same location at Greenwich Point,
as described by Tom Baptist.  Observed at about 3:30-4:00, diving a few
feet from the shoreline.

The Ruff was present the entire hour I was at Grace Salmon Park, from
1:15-2:15, in the cove off the north side of the park.  More mud flats
became exposed during the hour, and at one point, the Ruff was about
50-60 feet away from me.  Incredible viewing with great lighting.
Got great photos to boot!
