It was a soggy wet day at the tower.  Began with fog and drizzle, then
turned into rain, which persisted.  Temps today ranged from 3.9C to 4.3C.
Wind direction varied from NNE to SE.

Raptor Observations:
Today's birds were counted on one hand:  2 Red-tails, and 1 Northern
Harrier.

Non-raptor Observations:

Predictions:
Tonight's forecast is variably cloudy with a low of 1C expected.  Tuesday
is expected to be partly cloudy, with the POP at 20%, and a high of 0 in
the afternoon.  Winds to be westerly.
