no-drop indoor rides

OK boys and girls. Itโ€™s that time again. Spin class! Tues and Thurs starting Tues Nov 27 thru the middle of March. 5:30-6:30 @ Absolute Bikes.
We ride along with accompanying workout videos. Itโ€™s fun!! No, trust me, it is! Build strength, conditioning, rid yourself of guilt. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
Burn calories ahead of the Holiday Too-much-eating/drinking-season!  Also good for building your ski legs.
Get yourself ready for all those Spring Classic rides. Help you stick to your NYE resolutions! Cโ€™mon down!

What you will need:

  1. Your bike
  2. Indoor trainer (some extras may be available)
  3. Water bottle(s)
  4. Towel
  5. Enthusiasm for riding indoors for ~ 60 minutes per session. ๐Ÿ˜‰
  6. Ability to handle an occasional beer post ride. ๐Ÿ˜Š
