We're now 6 weeks into 2024... How are you doing on your fitness training...

  1. Never stopped from 2023 and just continued into 2024... I'm a
    well-oiled machine!
  2. Got my self back on track in January and all is progressing well!
  3. Having a little trouble getting motivated to get back at it.

Wherever you are, you've at least taken a first step by signing up to be a
Gator. And wherever you are, we can help you to stay or get on the road to
consistency, which is the best way to ultimately get to your fitness goals.
If you're #1 or #2, keep it going! If you're #3, break it down into small
steps...

  • Go to a workout.

And if you need some assistance getting started, we have a full coaching
staff that we can connect you with. Additionally we're starting a new
mentorship program and can get you connected with one of our experienced
athletes. Just reach out to anyone on our club leadership team.
This week also features our next youth Gators run workout taking place
TONIGHT/Monday, February 12 during our usual 6pm run workout that will be

This serves as your weekly list of our club workouts and, for the 26 weeks
of fall and winter, your opportunity to post any completed Gator Fitness
Challenge weekly challenges including the SBR Challenge (i.e. complete at
least 45 minutes of swimming AND cycling/spinning AND running) and the SCF
Challenge (at least 45 minutes total of combined strength, core, and/or
flexibility workouts).
If you completed the SBR Challenge, the SCF Challenge, or both last week
(February 5-11), please post a comment indicating which challenges you
completed. Your results will be added to our tracking sheet.
Workouts Attendance Poll: To assist with workout planning, please check all
workouts that you plan to attend. This helps us plan, so PLEASE take 1
minute to mark the workouts that you plan to attend.
