THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (December 5-11) and GFC WEEK 9 ROLL CALL

Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with Keith and Katie; Keith has
been making remarkable progress! We will continue to provide updates
through our Facebook private group and public page as we receive them.

End of Year Party: This week is highlighted by our annual end of the year
party and we're looking forward to hosting 50+ of you at the Trappe!
Thanks to our amazing sponsors we'll have raffles for massages as well as
event entries plus the always fun White Elephant gift exchange and
distribution of a special end of year member gift.

Pizza Club and GFC: Additionally, the Gators Pizza Club and fall Gator
Fitness Challenge continue, so keep getting your workouts in and you can
earn points, toppings, and an invite to the January pizza party!

Quarterly Coaches Meeting: Our coaches will be having their quarterly
meeting on Thursday night, so if you have any input for that meeting,
please contact any of our coaches including Logan, Dre, Karen, Don S,
Ginny, or Don M.

Workouts Attendance Poll: To assist with workout planning, please check all
workouts that you plant to attend.

GFC Roll Call!: Last week was Gator Fitness Challenge week 9 (of 13), so
it's time for the weekly "Roll Call"! If you completed any of the three
challenges for week 9 (Monday 11/28-Sunday 12/4), please post a comment...

• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (30 minutes of each)
AND/OR...

• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (30
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...

• "Plank" if you completed the progressive Plank Challenge that progressed
to 2:15 (this week is 2:30).

• "All 3" if you completed all 3 challenges

(treadmill) and stretching coached by Karen Dunn. Earn the Green Pepper
