Wow...two in one day. Here is some very interesting news for cruisers. Today both Verizon and AT&T announced unlimited voice plans for around $99/month. With those plans, there's no minutes - just pick up and dial as much as you want. When you consider that there are no long distance charges for US calls, this starts to make it much better to have a mobile phone instead of a land-line (assuming good cellular access at home). Then when you take off on that next cruise, you have your same number and unlimited calling anywhere.
