This slip is at Harbour Cay Club - a co-op community on the "bay side" in
Marathon. Nice place, BUT... being on the bay side they have to deal with
lots of grass being blown from Florida Bay - the slips have a "gate" on the
water that attempts to keep the grass from coming in the slips - once it
gets in, there's no place to go and it rots and stinks! To exit the Club's
slips, the gate must be opened. I don't have any personal experience with
this situation, have only heard from others here in Marathon that it is not
ideal!

I had seen this topic and decided "what a good idea!" So I found a realtor
and sent them an email. They had no listings at that time, but put me on
their mailing list and, at my request, posted 5 former condo slip listings
on their website for me. The listings range in price from $125,000 to
$250,000. I erased the email, but if they send me any slip listings, I'll
post them here as they are out of my range.
