I prefer this NWS Marine Forecasts Internet site -
http://www.nws.noaa.gov/om/marine/point.htm

just enter a position of interest (remembering West longitude is a minus (-)
value, i.e. Mobile Bay AL is 30.6, -88.1)
then click on a radar image graphic and select one of the sidebar "loops"

Works great for me.

I like this site by WunderMap:

http://www.wunderground.com/wundermap/?lat=38.97522736&lon=-77.16133881&zoom=8&pin=Cabin%20John%2c%20MD

Goes right to the location you bookmark and remembers your settings.
