The annual OFO Young Birders ROM event will be held January 21 and 22 at
the ROM in Toronto. This popular event is a unique behind-the-scenes
experience. Explore the ornithology collection and test your knowledge of
bird anatomy, feathers and bones. Mark Peck from the ROM and Emily Rondel
from BSC will be leading the events.
January 21 is for ages 14-19 and January 22 is for ages 10-13. Each session
is limited to 10 young birders. Parents / guardians are not expected to
attend.
Each session runs from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with a break for lunch which you
can bring or buy from the ROM cafeteria.
Meet at 10: 00 am sharp at the south staff entrance of the museum. ROM
security will not be able to admit latecomers.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Since space is
limited, please also let me know if your plans change.
