I've received a lot of off-line answers and comments to questions and observations recently, and have noted from posted "thank-you's" that others have as well. A few of these have had personal content (no flames), but I think most would have been quite useful and interesting to other members of TWL as well. What makes the forum so useful is the diversity of views and experience, and the arrival of new people to the List with yet another set of perspectives to offer. While off-list replies are sometimes appropriate, I for one would like to see as many folks on-line as possible. Don't be shy. We really do want the benefit of your participation. Cheers, Garrett
