Float Plan, Suspicious Vessel Reporting Procedure

Listees,
While doing a little research for our trip to Cartagena Columbia I came
across this bit of info.  What is interesting about the link that there is a
float plan and suspicious vessel reporting protocol.  This is in Spanish as
well as English. (This is especially helpful since Spanish covers a lot of
territory.) I think I'm going to print this and put it into my emergency
procedures manual under communications.
You are also able to copy and paste the info for filing a float plan to
friends and family as well as with the authorities.
I always seem to find something new and useful on noonsite.
