I have had Awlgrip sprayed on removable teak and I have rolled and tipped on
the non removable with good results. Can Imron be rolled and tipped? I would
say no but I am no expert.

Bob,
How many coats for the 3 year job? Since Sam is going to use CPES anyway,
can he save on coats. FWIW, I know a builder who swears by Awlgrip Primer
regardless of the top coats - which in his case are Interlux Perfection.

| It really won't matter, the teak will spit it off in about 4 years anyway,
| that's if you seal it with cpes thouroughly then put about 5 coats of
urethane
| paint on it. Otherwise just painting it with urethane will last about 3
years.
| ymmv, but I've been here and done this, a few times.
