All Hands, I've been waiting for these discussions to die down, as most threads will. However, that doesn't seem to be happening. I think (and would bet most of the list membership would agree) that these subjects have been thoroughly discussed and it is time to take further discussion on these topics private. If someone would care to post a summary of these private discussions after a period of time I will review it and pass it through to the list. If there is a genesis of a reasonable, new idea to deal with what we all agree is a problem on the waterways, please post it to the list and I will approve it and pass it through. Those of you who may have started a 'campaign' or other method to help with this problem may post to the list and I will review and pass it through.
