Ours 110 volt. Try this maybe?
Pull out each of the burners on the top of the range and clean the push in
contacts with a good contact cleaner. Also note that there are 2 different
wattage of top elements. On ours one of the front elements is 750 watts and
one is 1100 watts (I think). Note which is which and try using the higher
wattage side for quicker heating.

checked the voltage and it is receiving 120v.(is yours 220V?)
