Hi all Attached is a Word version of World Ed's working comment on the Digital Equity Act. We are working to complete this (with our opening statement establishing our credibility, etc.) but there's enough here for NCL to pick up and put in its own comment. If anyone is uncomfortable with any of WEI's recommendations, they can certainly be cut for NCL. Deborah, do you have opening text for NCL you can add? Deborah, this might also be something to talk with NAWB about since these comments point to using WIOA and other established systems in state planning??
