Good morning:
My town owns a residential lot with a humble house on it. It is near the local school. The town would like to sell the real estate to the school for a favorable price. The school would improve it and put it to good use. Otherwise, it would probably be purchased as a low-end rental.
Can we do this? Any experience or advice is greatly appreciated.
Merry Christmas all!

Check out 11 O.S. § 22-159 and 11 O.S. § 33-103. I haven't looked at the
statutes in a long time, but they may be helpful to you.
