Hi Deborah,
Just wanted to let you know that the committee ended up with about six nominees, and passed on Yarmuth. NCL might give this a shot again next year, after heâs had another year of budget chairmanship under his belt.
They ended up choosing the following: Rep. DeLauro (she ended up being nominated by 3 different groups), Sen. Pat Roberts, and Speaker Pelosi.
