Hello NCL Board Members,
Quick followups from yesterdayâs call:
Sydney got the AEFL week survey up on Google docs this morning, and I did a light edit. Unfortunately it looks really bad embedded on our web site, so I asked her to take a look at using another survey platform that is baked into WordPress. If we canât quickly get the survey into that, weâll just do a standalone google form and direct people to it. Should have that done tomorrow or Monday.
I finally got in touch with Kavitha Cardoza. She called me from South Carolina, where she is vacationing before starting her new job at Education Week Video. Sheâd happy to help with one of our webinars but needs to check with her new boss first to make sure itâs OK. Sheâs pretty sure it will be.
Here is my attempt to draft our schedule for September. I made up the times. I figured we could end a little earlier on the 29th to give people more flight options. And for the board meeting, I figure we better end by 4 to get over to the event. (Typically we have started the event at 5:30.) Let me know if you think this is ok:

Re the Sept schedule, can the member meeting start at 10 instead of 9:00? Just thinking of those of us who might go out for a tour of watering holes on the Hill after the awards event â not that I have any idea who those people might be.

OK, Iâll move the meeting start to 10. 9:30-10 breakfast and networking and then formally begin the meeting at 10. Thinking then Iâll move the end time to 3:30pm.
