Theatre Northwest is looking for someone who would be willing to lend us a double bed mattress and box springs to use on stage for our production of A Streetcar Named Desire, which opens October 9, 2009 at Theatre on the Square in Tacoma. You'd think this would be easy to find, but on our tight props budget it has been a challenge. We specifically need a "double" size, not a twin or queen. We have the headboard and the frame, but not the mattress or springs. We would like to get our hands on one as soon as possible, and would need to borrow it until October 25 or 26. We can pick it up, and we can probably get you a pair of tickets to see the play in exchange for lending us the mattress and box springs. Any offers?
