THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (SEPTEMBER 11-17)! This coming week, our last full
week of summer, ends with a couple of sponsor events, Steelman Racing's
"Endless Summer Swim" and Kinetic Multisport's "Marsh Creek Triathlon"
(both taking place on Sunday) and lots of workouts between now and then!
Plus we'll have our quarterly coaches meeting on Thursday night to plan for
the October-December timeframe. First a few reminders about workout times
and then our weekly calendar and attendance poll for you to select which
ways you want to get/stay fit! Also, we're only a few weeks out from the
start of our fall Gator Fitness Challenge, so watch for a "Who's in?" post
about that! Workout Time Reminders: • Evening cycling: We will continue our
outdoor Tuesday and Thursday coached rides through the end of September
before we transition to evening indoor cycling workouts. Starting this
Tuesday through Thursday 9/28, the ride start times will be 5:30pm with
finish times between 6:45pm-7:15pm. • Evening swims: Last week we began a
NEW START/END TIME for our Monday and Wednesday evening coached swim
workouts. The new time slot is 7:35pm-8:35pm. The reason for the change has
to do with the Spring Valley YMCA transitioning back to pre-COVID hours. •
Monday evening Run workouts are back! We have also restarted Monday evening
coached run workouts. Karen Dunn will lead 6:00pm Monday evening run
workouts through the end of September and beyond. Workouts Attendance Poll:

attend. This helps us plan, so PLEASE take 1 minute to mark the workouts

outdoor pool swim workouts every day and Mid-Atlantic Multisport will have
