Has anyone have experience with E-Z Winches, most specifically with their customer service. I tried discussing their wire size guide for their winches with a customer service rep, ,then the 'owner/electrical engineer' and couldn't get reasonable answers to specific questions, nor would they explain the discrepancies that I had concerning their wire size recommendation vs. marine wire sizing charts... they were insistent on changing topics and using circular, non-applicable answers.
