Does anybody have or know where to get a PDF version
of the owners manual for the 5.9L B Series Cummins,
1999 or there-abouts? Could you send me a copy or
point me to a place to download it?

Try this website:
https://quickserve.cummins.com/info/index.html

Its the Cummins 'Quickserve' site long used by their
distributers and dealers for information. They've now
opened-up limited access to the 'great unwashed
boat-owners'. Must be a revenue-generating thing....

You'll need your Cummins Engine Serial Number (ESN),
and when you try to create an account it'll show you
what manuals are available online for your engine.
Varies by model and year, of course...

Free accounts are limited to 1 ESN and show owners
manuals.
'Preferred' accounts are $50/year, allow up to 5 ESNs,
and allow access to parts manuals and tech bulletins.
I'd recommend the freebie first - you can always
upgrade later ....

No connection etc, just another Cummins customer.
