University Cities - zoning restriction on unrelated people

Chuck - please pass this State Supreme Court ruling on to the University
Cities group.  They may find it interesting, as I am sure it is an issue
facing most of these cities. In essence, the Supreme Court upheld a
zoning restriction that limited the number of unrelated person who may
live in single family housing....... I just got this from my friend Ken
Gaines, the City Attorney in Columbia. I am ten miles from the
University, so many of these same issues affect us........
