THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (OCTOBER 16-22) and GATOR FITNESS CHALLENGE WEEK 2
ROLL CALL! We need your help! Over the weekend our club Officers Election
Coordinator, Kerri Brannen, posted a link to the ballot for our 2024-25
officers. We have one nominee at each of our five board positions, so you
might wonder why we have to have an election. Our club constitution &
bylaws requires a majority positive vote for any election to be official.
As youth members do not vote, we have 80 adult voting members. So we need
41 positive votes for each nominee to complete the election. If you have
not yet had the opportunity to place your vote (it only takes a couple of
minutes to read the nominee profiles and submit your vote), please help us
out by submitting one this week so that we can announce an official
election and begin the welcoming of our new board by our current board

list of our club workouts and, for the next 26 weeks, your opportunity to
post any completed Gator Fitness Challenge weekly challenges including the
SBR Challenge (i.e. complete at least 30 minutes of swimming AND
cycling/spinning AND running), the SCF Challenge (at least 30 minutes total
of combined strength, core, and/or flexibility workouts), and the Plank
Challenge (the week 2 challenge was 30 seconds; this week's challenge is 45
seconds). If you completed the SBR Challenge, the SCF Challenge, or the
Plank Challenge, please post a comment indicating which challenges you
completed. Your results will be added to our tracking sheet.
