WEDNESDAY NIGHT SWIM WORKOUT... COACH NEEDED? As announced in this week's "This Week in Tri Club", Wednesday night swim workouts in the SVY's indoor lap pool are back starting TONIGHT (7pm-8pm)! We do have the option to have a coach on deck (Don Schlichtmann) if there will be at least a couple of swimmers attending... Since there is also a Mid-Atlantic Multisport OWS scheduled for tonight, we'd like to confirm that there will be attendance at our SVY swim before we commit to the coach. If you plan to attend, please post an "I'll be there!" comment... We'll take all input until Noon and will then make a decision. PS - All of this depends on the weather situation so we will factor that in as well.
