Perhaps the best boreal forest within several hours of Connecticut

Always looking for great natural habitats within driving distance of
Connecticut,  we drove up to northern Vermont to photograph Black-backed
Woodpecker and the extremely beautiful Moose Bog in the pristine Wenlock
WMA.  We got the BBWP on May 8th, and if you want to see its photo or trip
