Hi All,

It was good to see everyone today.

I have attached the document that the Strategic Priority Task Force started working on during the summer. It is a brainstorm of our ideas and needs work. We stopped working on it in September as the new board was being assembled and Deborah was moving to the ED position. I am sending it to the entire board as I think Deborah’s suggestion of having everyone weigh in now makes sense. The smaller group (Judy, Tom, Regina, Gwenn, Todd, Catrina—did I miss anyone?) can work on finalizing a document that outlines this strategic priority and the work plan needed to implement it.

Please make any changes/comments you feel are necessary in track changes and send them
to me by November 30.
