June 20th HOA Meeting
Good morning,
Trust everyone is having a great week. It’s June and the temps are climbing. Yards look good and full of green.
A couple of things to go over. First and foremost, this Sunday is a day to celebrate and honor the father figures in your life. Show them how much you love and appreciate them. Fire up those grills, take them out to lunch or just celebrate the day together.
Second is our upcoming HOA meeting next Tuesday , June 20th to learn more about the upcoming events in our community.
The meeting will start at 7:00 pm. it will be held at the Fairfield Inn at 6 Cascade Caverns, Boerne.
We will also post the information on the website. limestoneranchhoa.com
Our meeting topics will include:
- Homeowner’s Forum
- LSR Values in Action
- Approval of minutes and financials
- Community Report
- Old and new business
- Upcoming community events
More specifically we will discuss:
- the asphalt proposal
- the results of the Spring celebration
- Summer celebrations/ movies
- the neighborhood security with additional housing and growth around us.
- Update on the revised DCCRs
- State and health of the neighborhood
- Playground update
- Financial health/ any changes needed
We look forward to seeing you all next Tuesday evening.
