Our mission is to pair a seasoned Gator with a new Gator to help welcome them by providing encouragement and support. The mentor role is informal with the following suggested guidelines - Introduce yourself to the new Gator (we’ll provide contact information) - Provide guidance by sharing your experiences and answering any questions about endurance sports and the club - Perhaps plan a workout together - Perhaps volunteer or participate together in Gatorthon and/or the Tri for the Y From there, hopefully the relationship will develop into a friendship and support system for the new Gator.
