Actually there are 3 plugs. One at top, one at bottom, the third one is in
the middle and is used as an overfill. To empty the pump remove the top plug
and then the bottom. Then replace the bottom plug and remove the middle plug.
When the new oil comes out of this plug the pump is normal filled. Replace
the middle plug and the top plug and you are done. Regards. Leonard Stern.
