Joe, you must have a certificate from a Vet that the dog is healthy and has had all required vaccinations up to date and that certificate has to be issued current to the time of arrival. It varies with the country you will be visiting. They should have the info on line or you can consult a Vet.

irlfriend has a lap dog that will be traveling with us and I want to cover all
he bases of being able to at least have him on board (but not always with us)
