I'm assuming you're talking about a Force 10 electric range since you
spoke of a "heating element.". I believe the original poster was asking
about a propane range. We have a Force 10 three-burner propane range,
and unless the new models are different (ours is five years old), the
oven burner is in the center of the bottom of the oven. My wife does a
lot of baking on board, from biscuits to casseroles to brownies, and
there seems to be no problem with uneven heating. But I can see how if
the burner or an electric element were at the back, there would be.
