Walmart.  Huge selection, including all kinds of prints (colleges,  teams,
camo, etc).  ~$5/yd.  Doesn't last very long, but looks cool  and adds color
to the typical refrigerator white boat.  Seam on the bottom  and top for
the drawstring, one to make the cylinder (roll the fender on the  material for
size), and BAM - fender condoms!

Jim,

Where did you get the fleece; I need to do the  same.

I covered my 12x34s with fleece.  Not very  durable (UV fading and  wear),
but seems to protect the hull from  rubbing and definitely the fender from
discoloration.  Easy to  make (nothing more than a cylinder) with
drawstrings.
And I  have a now favorite dockmate that came and 'oohed and  aahed' and
then did the same on hers (with college logo fleece).  Jim

I have  heard strong support for polar-tec fleece  as
the only fabric to use that  absorbs grit but still protects  better then
straight vinyl  fenders.
