Walmart. Huge selection, including all kinds of prints (colleges, teams,
camo, etc). ~$5/yd. Doesn't last very long, but looks cool and adds color
to the typical refrigerator white boat. Seam on the bottom and top for
the drawstring, one to make the cylinder (roll the fender on the material for
size), and BAM - fender condoms!

I covered my 12x34s with fleece. Not very durable (UV fading and wear),
but seems to protect the hull from rubbing and definitely the fender from
discoloration. Easy to make (nothing more than a cylinder) with
drawstrings.
And I have a now favorite dockmate that came and 'oohed and aahed' and
then did the same on hers (with college logo fleece). Jim
